AACE Announces Their Annual Spring Workshop

“Project Management Planning & Scheduling”

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed to train project managers, architects, engineers, cost consultants, schedulers, estimators and anyone with responsibility for project performance. This workshop will provide a great opportunity to prepare for the Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Exam with AACEI.

 

 
 

Presenters: Patti Drewett, Blake Marchand and Tony Bolstad

Patti Drewett with CH2M Hill has over 13 years experience in project management, project controls, CPM scheduling and training for the construction industry. She is a certified Engineer in Training (EIT) from the state of Alaska.

Blake Marchand with Pinnell Busch has over 14 years of project management, CPM scheduling, estimating, training, and consulting experience, and has served as a construction manager and planner for both owners and contractors on many diverse projects.

Tony Bolstad with Scheduling and Information Services has 25 years of project experience in cost controls, planning, CPM scheduling, cost engineering, and training. He also has an extensive background in various types of industrial construction projects.

Mrs. Drewett, Mr. Marchand, and Mr. Bolstad are certified Planning and Scheduling Professionals (PSP) through AACEI.

Workshop Details:

Workshop Price: $150.00 inclusive per person (Students with Valid ID $50.00). Price includes continental breakfast, snacks and lunch. There is a 10% Early Registration Discount ($135) if you are registered before March 30th. There is also a 10% Multiple Attendee Discount for companies hosting five or more combined with the early registration fee. The combined fee is $120, a $30 savings, if paid before March 30.

Course Overview

This workshop is designed to provide fundamentals of project planning and scheduling to establish an acceptable course of action (“plan”) to execute a project in an effective manner through the review of project objectives and scope. The purpose of the workshop is to develop planning and scheduling techniques to define activities, durations, and relationship logic to implement the project plan, and update, monitor, and communicate the schedule to reflect current status and the impact of project changes. You will gain knowledge to become a planning and scheduling professional and critical project management skills to deliver a project in an effective manner. You will also acquire an understanding of the roles, responsibilities and professional ethics of Planning and Scheduling Professional’s.
