Principles of Project Controls

Course Overview
This workshop is designed to provide the fundamentals of project control principles for the design and construction industry. The purpose of the workshop is to provide exposure to the three components of project controls; Cost Estimating, Cost Engineering, and Planning & Scheduling.

Owners, Engineers, Architects and Contractors needing the knowledge to understand Project Controls and make successful project decisions.

Workshop Price
$150.00 per person and includes continental breakfast, snacks and lunch. There is a 10% Early Registration Discount ($135) if registered before April 16th. There is also a 10% multiple attendee discount for companies hosting five or more - the combined fee is $120, a $30 savings.
